Most web companies host your site on their own servers. We set your site up in your own Amazon Web Services account instead: the same cloud that runs some of the world's biggest websites.
You pay Amazon directly, usually about £12–15 a month. If you ever stop working with us, nothing moves and nothing breaks. It's simply yours.
That's where our name comes from. Like the freehold on a building, you own your website outright.

Things people usually ask
Do I really own the website?
Yes. Your site runs in your own Amazon Web Services account, on your own server, with your own domain. You pay Amazon directly (usually about £12–15 a month). If you ever stop working with us, everything stays with you.
Can I change the words and photos myself?
Yes. Your site is built on Concrete CMS, a point-and-click editor: click on a heading or photo, change it, publish. We show you how in a training session, and you can always ask us instead.
How long does it take?
Most sites go live two to three weeks after we have your words and photos. You see the design before we build anything, so there are no surprises.
What do I need to give you?
Your logo (if you have one), photos of your work, and a few notes about your services and the areas you cover. Don't worry about writing it perfectly: we turn your notes into clear, friendly pages.
What will it cost to run each month?
Two things: Amazon's hosting bill (usually about £12–15 a month, paid by you directly) and, if you want us to look after it, a care plan from £49 a month. Your domain name renews yearly, usually £10–20.
Do I have to take a care plan?
No. Care plans are optional and you can cancel with a month's notice. Without one, you look after updates yourself or ask us for help as and when you need it.
Will my website show up on Google?
Every site is built to be fast, mobile-friendly and easy for Google to read, with page titles and descriptions set up properly. We can also set up your Google Business Profile, which is often the quickest way to appear in local searches.
